Refund And Returns Policy

Our return policy details the conditions under which customers can return electric bikes purchased from our company, as well as the procedures to follow for initiating a return. We aim to provide a hassle-free return process for our customers, offering eligibility criteria for returns, guidelines for returning items, and information on refunds and exchanges. Additionally, this policy addresses how we handle damaged or defective items to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.

1. Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at green go to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
